Lavande Hotel (Xi'an Daming Palace Wanda Yujiazhai Subway Station)

Booked for two nights. There was something in the middle of the bed sheet that I didn't know if it was footprints or mold. I told the guest room on the first night. When it was too late, I found a new bed sheet to pad for one night, and I agreed to change the bed sheet the next day. When I went out the next morning, I reminded the front desk to clean again. The front desk said it was OK, and it would clean according to the check-out standard. As a result, when I came back to sleep that night, I found that it was still the dirty bed sheet. I now doubt whether this Lavande check-out cleaning will change the sheets! Finally, the room type was upgraded for one night. Except for the larger area of one square meter, the other room types of Lavande are all exactly the same.

Very convenient, the hotel is clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, the breakfast is good, the front desk Xiao Guo and Xiao Wu service are very good, recommended

我是昨天中午辦理的入住，結果要停車的時候他們前台説停車的人員去吃飯了，讓我稍後下來在辦理停車，本來我就是商務出差，還有公事要忙。結果第二天回來要挪車的時候顯示付款要108元，旁邊副駕做的是前台人員，他説讓我掃酒店給報銷，我説你最好確認一下，結果他説不用確認你掃就行了，結果停完車上來前台説衹報銷昨天的費用，衹給50元。我去 ，我説那剛剛為啥不確認，結果前台給我説了句不管你挪不挪車你出去都要給108元的。 我就搞不明白，明明是我體諒你們中午吃飯沒有挪車結果現在要讓我為你們的失責承擔責任，實在是過分。 該自己的責任就承擔，還在胡攪蠻纏，這家酒店我少説也住過十幾次了，一下子讓我好感全無。 再説衞生吧，床頭全是頭髮簽字，粘在床頭上。下面附圖了。 垃圾酒店，請各位謹慎選擇，避免不開心。

入住幾次了，前台服務挺好的，搬入住行李箱忘記拿了，到房間還沒打電話就給我送到門口了，頭一次見服務這麼速度的。前台小妹妹（小田）服務周到，每次來都給我省了不少事情，好久沒遇到這樣的酒店了，👍👍👍。

酒店性價比很高，服務確實很好，入住主動提供了花茶，後來詢問得知，每家麗楓都有這個花茶，是特色，前台小娟和小田服務很好，退房還贈送了礦泉水，很喜歡。

之前住過別的城市的麗楓，感覺還是他們家的服務好，賓至如歸的感覺，入住主動提供花茶水，客服小娟全程都很有耐心，房間採光也很好，不臨街，總之很喜歡了。

房間很乾凈 床特別舒服 前台人員很熱情 去了就是倒水 拿毛巾 印象最深的就是小田 帶我們去車庫停車 小姐姐穿的高跟鞋走了那麼遠 還給我們拿了好多零食 很貼心 給我們介紹附近有什麼好吃的 很有回家的感覺！

前台小田和小五服務態度真心不錯，酒店門口就是地鐵站很方便，房間物品齊全，推薦！！！門口還有一個麪館也好吃，可大可大的碗那種😂

麗楓性價比很高，是錦江旗下的連鎖酒店，前台人員服務很好，很周到，辦理入住很快，主動提供花茶服務，小娟服務很專業，退房還贈送了礦泉水，很喜歡。
