Apart from the advantage of being right downstairs at the subway entrance, I really don’t recommend anything else. I was given a room on the side not facing the road, but the office building was under construction and it was too noisy. I booked it for RMB 270. To be honest, the price was worth RMB 150.

Very average. The room is large but very empty. It doesn't feel like a hotel. The facilities and space feel very separated. The room is ugly. The decoration is also very nightclub style, the lights are dim, and there are many blind spots for hygiene. Although the room has been upgraded, it really does not have the warmth of accommodation. The decoration is very cold and shabby. I will not stay here again.

I forgot to take a photo. This hotel is super, super bad. It has such a high rating. I wouldn’t believe it if it wasn’t a good one! I stayed in room 1804. First of all, there was a metal cabinet next to the balcony in the room. It should be locked inside the water pipes. Every few minutes there will be a super loud noise, the same as the sound of a big truck passing by! There is no way to rest! Second, the mattress in the room sank in! This should be the most important! It collapsed in! I called the front desk. The front desk had a very bad attitude. They first asked if they were staying, and then told me to wait and they would change rooms if there was one. However, their attitude was very bad. At that time, I had already checked in with Ctrip, and there was no way to cancel it. I couldn't get through Ctrip's customer service phone number, so I just made do with it. I didn't sleep all night, and the next day, my waist hurt so much! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and it has such a high rating! It’s incredible!

酒店位置是真的很不錯，第一次來西安旅遊，離大雁塔和小寨都很近，樓下就是地鐵站，出行非常方便，離開的時候把手機充電器落房間了，前台聯繫了還給送下來，服務沒得説。 面巾很大，一次性的，走之前還問前台小姐姐要了兩個帶走。房間很乾凈，投影清晰，有朋友來西安會推薦的，祝店家生意興隆[笑臉]

酒店在吉祥村地鐵D口，出地鐵50米就到了。酒店還有免費停車場，如果有朋友開車的話給前台打電話預約車位就行，聽酒店前台説車位有限，需提前預約。 前台小姐姐很客氣也很專業，由於我們去的早預訂的房型還沒打掃好的，小姐姐給我們免費升級了一個帶投影的房間，房間衞生很乾凈，有免費礦泉水，前台有自助咖啡奶茶。 由於第二天臨時有事需要延遲退房，前台小姐姐也爽快的答應了我們免費延遲退房，退房後行李也能寄存在酒店前台，辦完事忙完了才到前台取走。 非常滿意的入住體驗，期待下一次入住的時候再去逛逛！總之五星推薦！

這是一個公寓，不是純粹意義上的酒店，其特點是：弱化酒店大堂，弱化服務員，沒有餐廳洗衣房之類設施，房間由原來公寓改設而來，房間面積較大，基本配置俱備，但是缺乏一種温馨的感覺，衞生一般，毛巾浴巾有洗理但較為陳舊，房間牀頭櫃及用電插座不盡合理。但交通便利，地鐵口，酒店和商場連在一起，生活便利，而且價格親民，適合窮遊人羣。

房間乾淨整潔舒適，設施齊全。交通方便，酒店在地鐵口旁邊。附近是置地時代大商超，購物、休閑、娛樂、用餐非常方便！👍👍👍👍👍強烈推薦大家入住。

這家酒店真是太棒了！前台服務態度超級好，房間很乾凈，床品也很舒適，主要是有遺留物品落在房間了，前台小姐姐很熱心的幫忙郵寄，簡直太貼心了，打掃衞生的大姐也很熱情，住了好幾次了，強力推薦！
