標題：避雷該酒店。 1、房間設定比較老，衞生也沒有做到位，馬桶🚽很臟，附上圖片。但是有一説一房間內有窗，可以通風換氣，床比較軟，也很安靜，睡覺也沒有被打擾。 2、在入住的第二天通知我們酒店要裝修，叫我們換房。可是在旅途中，沒有辦法接受半路叫我回去換房，都已經去到兵馬俑博物館了，又怎麼接受回去換房，路途費怎麼算。於是乎酒店也沒有任何的表態，我們也就繼續住下了。 3、因為要裝修，酒店通道內鋪上了裝修白布。有味道不説鋪得歪歪扭扭的，朋友差點被絆摔，和攜程官方溝通了。無意間聽到酒店經理説我們無理取鬧，摔倒了有監控，拉黑我們？？？本來我們打算就這麼算了，聽到酒店方這種“不怕事”的態度也決定和他死磕到底。既然正在裝修也就不符合能夠正常接客的標準，我們也不介意鬧上一鬧，也和攜程客服溝通了很久，後來攜程也給了滿意的解決方案，但是是看在攜程上，而不是酒店給了我們合理的解釋！ 4、酒店經理很硬氣，建議回學校好好學習一下什麼叫“服務至上和服務準則”，第一次聽到因為顧客不滿意服務，想要解決問題，酒店卻要拉黑顧客的説法，沒事的，儘管拉黑。西安很美麗，陝西人很可愛，大家想要一個愉快的旅途建議選擇別的酒店。避雷此家！！！！

房間很舊，馬桶很舊很臟，地毯超級超級臟，明顯污漬，浴室防滑墊上還有一坨女頭髮，很恐怖，打電話給前台説安排人上來處理一下，結果給了個墊子就走了，也沒收拾原來的，再次撥打電話才把原來的收拾走。房間有股黴味，窗户破舊有灰塵，浴缸舊舊的，搬磚都鬆了，反正就是很差勁
