Can I stay in the Zhenli twin room? It’s really dirty. The floor is sticky and makes a noise every time I walk. I saw hair from the previous guest on the bed. The tabletop and bathroom don’t look very clean either.

房間乾淨衞生，隔音可以，靠窗的房間大馬路的聲音會比較吵，介意的人可以和酒店説下。
