酒店服務人員都很熱情耐心，在這住了很久讓前台小哥幫忙存東西小哥也很細心，環境也沒得説非常棒！周邊綠化做的很好很安靜設施都很完善，大家以後來西安玩可以選擇這家推薦！

很不舒適的服務，入住前在家裡諮詢酒店可否放中葯，説可以。到了以後問前台想每天自己拿，不麻煩他們。信誓旦旦説可以，反覆説第二天很早要出門，請他們一定把兩袋中葯幫忙拿出來。結果第二天早上根本完全找不到人，後來又一所謂經理的男性，胡攪蠻纏，語言中***，我説你們酒店規定怎麼處理就怎麼處理，説酒店沒規定。噁心至極，整個服務就是上來就找藉口，7個小時不倒垃圾説太忙了。

酒店位置很好 旁邊很多商場 去哪兒都方便 距離地鐵站也不遠
價格非常實惠 非常有性價比
房間打掃的很乾凈 目光所及 都乾乾淨淨的
服務非常好（今天因為面試的事情晚了一個多小時退房，也沒有收取額外的費用，很貼心）
鐘點房時間段設計也很合理（我早上五點多到西安 一般的鐘點房要到八點才可以入住 這家一天隨時可以入住 今天早上五點多住進去 沒有被凍成狗🐶）
前台小哥哥小姐姐顏值很高 貼合友善 很好的一次住店體驗 讓一個外地人感受到了温暖 給這個酒店點一個大大的👍 爆👍
