The sanitary conditions are extremely poor. There is an unknown sticky residue on the toilet that looks like chewing gum. If I hadn’t put some paper on it when I went to the toilet and found that the paper was sticky, I would have actually sat on it. Then I called the front desk to report this problem. I hung up the phone impatiently, and a waiter came and wiped the toilet in front of us with a rag as if she owed her a million, with a very offensive tone! Then he asked to change rooms and said viciously that there was no room available. He was really sick. 4. When she left, the front desk asked her to give her a good review. Just dream, labor and management will only seek truth from facts to avoid more people being fooled!

I was very tired when I went back to the hotel and wanted to rest early, but the night market downstairs was so noisy that it didn't stop until after five in the morning! It took a long time to get hot water, and the hygiene on the bed was also worrisome. I had a lot of red pimples all over my body! Anyway, I didn’t sleep all night! 酒店位置離西安城牆的永寧門、書院門都很近，步行10到15分鐘左右；周圍餐飲密集，推薦老李家的biangbiang麪和關中閆記的雜燴和丸子湯，也都是幾分鐘就到；距公交站、地鐵口都是不超過10分鐘的距離；前台的姑娘們熱情大方、服務周到，會主動帶看房間，儘量安排安靜的位置；保潔阿姨打掃及時、乾淨，早上出門下午4點回來房間已經弄好。本來19號就要退房了，因為天氣原因臨時改變行程，也是前台幫我解決了續住的問題。除了設施老舊一些沒什麼可挑剔的地方。

房間一般，燈光暗，因為臨時退了民宿定的房間，價位很高，性價比低。因為家庭有老有小，定了兩間，又因為外地到西安旅遊，也不想換，就連續定了三天，後在小程序發現，房間價位每天不同，會逐天遞減，但該酒店服務員未盡到告知義務，導致顧客一次性付款定高價房，體驗感超差，預估前兩天至少多付200元房費，最後一天發現後退房再訂購才避免過多經濟損失，而且退房費衹按當天房費退款，不是按前面入住時核定的當天房費退款。懇請相關部門盡責檢查，不要因為個別商家影響古都西安的影響，當然西安旅遊很熱，可能也不差我這一個家庭的消費。

很一般，房間隔音可以説完全沒有，樓下大排檔很吵，房間比較老舊，洗澡水也不是很熱，這樣的設施真是對不起這個價位，住之前打電話説房子有點老舊問能不能接受，與其這樣做你不如把房價降低點，去了酒店門牌led燈也是壞的，電梯也壞了一個
