For its price and location, we couldn’t ask for more. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was pleasantly quiet — perfect for a good night’s rest after a long day exploring the city. The suite we stayed in had two bathrooms with good water pressure, which was very convenient. There was also plenty of space in the main bedroom, great for opening and organizing our luggage.
The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to popular attractions such as the Xi’an City Wall (South Gate), Hui Min Street, and Kaiyuan Shopping Mall. Although the staff spoke only Chinese, it wasn’t a big issue — most people in Xi’an mainly speak Chinese, and we were still able to find ways to communicate and fully enjoy our journey in Xi'an.

房間不大，放兩個行李箱有點緊湊，但設備齊全，地理位置一般，走到地鐵口要一定的時間，但門口有公交比較方便。勝在性價比高，適合朋友出行。

The staff are not very helpful, the lady who stationed at the hotel to lure guests to join the local tour group is very unethical. Whatever promised were not delivered after receiving payment. Room TV not working, the staff came to my room and scolded me why I didn’t open the hidden door on the wall to on it? What is the logic? I told them the battery of the tv control is weak, need to be replaced, they asked me to wait till the next day, and the next day to another day. Room cleaning didn’t refill tissue papers, didn’t refill paper cups etc. well they gave me a bag of candies and asked me to give good review. Whether you should believe all the good reviews, you need to make your judgment call.

這次西安之行選擇南大街如家，非常滿意！
地理位置絕佳：就在鐘樓附近，出門就是地鐵站，去回民街、城牆景區都超級方便，步行即可。
服務熱情周到：前台工作人員態度很好，辦理入住迅速，有問必答。
房間乾淨整潔：雖然房間不算很大，但收拾得非常乾淨，床品舒適，睡得很好。在這個地段，這個價格性價比真的很高了！強烈推薦給來西安旅遊的朋友！

國慶期間住兩晚。實際是凌晨一點半入住，第二天9點退房。用了1k多。主要是住的還是沒真窗的房。西安一直下雨，整個房間都非常潮濕太潮濕，第一天空調能自己打開，空氣好點。但是第二天不知道什麼原因，空調不能自己開。打電話給前台，前台在後台能打開。可是開了一小時又自動關，深夜全身汗濕透醒。打電話前台，前台又後台控制打開，可是一小時後又自動關閉。自己又無法打開。衹能抗到天亮，地板全是濕濕的。很難受。
總結：空調既然是後台控制。不是顧客想用就用，雖然西安温度才二十幾度，但要考慮濕度80%以上，制少能開除濕也行啊，那是開一小時關，開一小時關。
早餐是還可以的。衞生也可以。交通也在地鐵口，但是鐘樓地鐵太複雜了。
第三天果斷換房，正地鐵口的便宜一半，還有窗，獨立空調。
