The hot water in the hotel was very comfortable and perfect.

The front desk of the hotel is on the third floor. The front desk service is very good. Every question is answered with a smile. Everyone is very polite. The guest rooms are clean and the ladies working there are sweating all over their heads. It’s really hard work and we should cherish it. The hotel environment is great, the lobby is large, there are free refreshments, and you can meet guests. The hotel has complete facilities, 24-hour hot water, and the air conditioning is very powerful in such a hot weather in Xi'an. Anyway, I will stay here again next time.
