Xi'an Grand Hotel Tayazhi (Datang Everbright City)

This is my first time staying at Xi'an Dayan Pagoda Yazhi Hotel (Tang Dynasty Never Sleeps City Branch), which is very close to Dayan Pagoda and Tang Dynasty Never Sleeps City. The hotel lobby is high-end and the rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. The mattresses and quilts are very comfortable. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Dayan Pagoda and Tang Dynasty Never Sleeps City. Check-in also provides milk, fruit and drinks in the small refrigerator. Bottled water is available in the corridor and lobby. When we leave the hotel, the concierge also took the initiative to hand us bottled water. The buffet breakfast has many varieties and tastes good. I like the front desk customer service Xiao Xu and Wang Lele for their warm and thoughtful hospitality and good service attitude. The hotel's morning and afternoon tea is from 10 am to 10 pm, and guests can enjoy it unlimited times. I have stayed in many five-star hotels, and only Yazhi Hotel provides such high-quality services to guests, which feels very warm. And all the waiters and concierges I see everywhere will nod and smile to greet, and staying at Yazhi Hotel feels like home. I sincerely give Yazhi Hotel a five-star rating! It is worth recommending. Next time you come to Xi'an, I will choose this Yazhi Hotel.

Every time I got in and out of the taxi, all the staff of the concierge department carefully and enthusiastically helped to carry the luggage. Thanks to Zhang Jing from the concierge department for helping to push the elderly down the slope, and thanks to Xiao Zheng and other staff for helping to carry the luggage. First-class concierge service is the highlight of a five-star hotel. I also thank Xiao Yan and other front desk staff for their first-class service, so that I have a particularly good impression of the hotel of Meihao Group. The breakfast is very delicious, especially the breakfast on the day of the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, which also has delicious fresh shrimp, beef ribs and donkey meat, far exceeding the breakfast of many five-star hotels I have stayed in. It is really a feast for the mouth. There is also the subtle and thoughtful service that touches people's hearts, such as providing earplugs, nail clippers and bottle openers, especially the sewing box is a needle with various colored threads (see picture). In contrast, I used the sewing kit of the hotel in a four-star hotel to sew buttons. The needle hole is too small to thread the thread. Fortunately, I brought the sewing kit of the elegant hotel to save the irritable me. It can be seen that the details of hotel service determine success or failure. I highly recommend this hotel.

I came here on a business trip and stayed at the Yazhi Hotel. The service of the housekeeper Xiao Xu was really good. He called me before check-in to inquire about the check-in requirements and helped to arrange the room in advance. He also introduced breakfast and afternoon tea during check-in and provided sour plum soup. The hotel's afternoon tea was very good, the fruit snacks were very fresh, the room was clean and the facilities were complete. I will come again next time.

The hotel is great, the surrounding environment is very good and it is close to the Xiying Studio. When I returned to the room, it was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment, comfortable, spacious and bright. It was very good. When I checked out, I was given a gift package and souvenirs. The experience was very good and I will come again next time.
