room big and clean, location good, very near 回民街, walking distance below 10min, and reception very nice, can help to called collect parcel and order food, 2nd thing is booking day trip very easy from them. tour guard and bus is stop at in front of hotel.

The best part about this hotel is its location, because you never run out of food to eat with food carts nearby. Also a short walk from the metro station makes it super convenient. However, I stayed for 5 days, so I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t offer me a nicer room. I got a bigger room with a small window, but the aircon blows at the bed the whole night and I got sick. The room was never really spotless “cleaned” compared to other hotels I stayed. Only have washer but no dryer for clothes. Custodian and some staff were helpful, others got annoyed when I asked too many questions. When I was there, there was a problem with water heater, so sometimes the hot water is inconsistent. Not one of my best stays

This hotel is near bell tower, it’s right in the middle of all the actions and so convenient to get to anywhere. The bell tower metro station is within walking distance and lots of food stall nearby. Hotel is very clean and staffs are friendly too.
They open the laundry door for me to wash my laundry when I wanted to wash my laundry at midnight…thumbs up for their service.

Good budget hotel near the heart of the action. There was some hammering noise from the nearby business and thee hotel asked them to stop. They also changed my room.

What a lovely hotel! Staff was always helpful even though they didn't speak English. The room was nice! The bathroom with all commodities. The hair dryer was amazing! The location is a bit difficult to find, but very close to everything you need.
