Good hotel and very conveniently located at a 10 minute walk from the railway station. The room was clean and nice, just some noise from the other rooms.

送兒子上大學，路過西安，這家格林豪泰快捷酒店，離火車站非常近，大概5分鐘路程，酒店離地鐵站也很近，（步行5分鐘）。下火車提前入住，很順利。房間很乾凈，熱水出水量很大，熱水澡洗去一身疲憊。早餐很乾凈，熱乎的小米粥，雞蛋，還有超甜的玉米。因為天氣原因，火車改簽了，給前台打電話，諮詢可不可以延時退房，接電話的小哥哥很快辦理了延時服務。雖然旅途勞累，但感覺到了家的温暖，非常感謝😊

酒店 的服務人員態度非常好。從辦理入住到退房，整個過程都熱情高效，有任何問題都能及時得到解決， 酒店地理位置優越，臨近地鐵站出行便利，周邊美食也多，最讓人感動的是工作人員服務細緻，無論是諮詢旅遊攻略還是幫忙寄存行李，都耐心又專業。早餐種類豐富總的來説是一家性價比很高的酒店非常推薦。

插座壞了，很離譜，客房內四個插座，一個完全壞了，一個很難插進去
行李寄存太不正規，放在大廳，沒有任何核對措施，誰想拿走直接拿走，沒有一個牌子標明
設施老舊，可以理解，畢竟是18年的旅館
漱口杯子沒有一次性，不好説幹不乾淨
不給升房，用了權限，當時平台上面有，前一個客人問也確實有，我一問就説沒了
4/30-5/1 值夜班的那個女的，早上起來脾氣不行，估計是因為我打擾了她的美夢
整體離如家，漢庭差距太大，總算是理解了為什麼格林豪泰的市值連年下滑，遠不如如家，漢庭，尤其是細節方面
綜上，強烈建議大家多花一點錢定其他連鎖酒店
