房間寬敞舒適，空調也很暖和，很適合我們帶着孩子和長者的住宿。老闆和老闆娘也很熱情，尤其老闆還熱心介紹了出行乘車和觀看噴泉時間，因為行李多,都退房了，老闆還貼心建議我們可以寄存行李方便遊玩，很有賓至如歸的親切感，下次如果來西安，應該還會選這裏。

本來準備退款走人的，結果想着等一會看看，結果過時間了衹能入住了，兩點入住四點停電，來電了以後一直到晚上都是遊戲卡網絡不好，什麼遊戲都玩不了，這兒連個維護的人都沒有，就兩個老年人幫忙在看店，什麼也解決不了，看圖片時間，已經晚上11點半了還是網卡玩不了遊戲，衹能睡覺了，睡到早上八點又停電了把人熱醒，結果又給説是什麼維修兩點來電，酒店住到兩點就要退房，所以這一趟住了個什麼？電競酒店玩也玩不了，睡個覺還搞來停電把人熱醒，來電時間還剛好是退房時間，什麼補償也沒有就一句不好意思，你一句不好意思就值400塊錢了？就住這一次以後也不會來了看到的避雷吧

酒店位置離龍首原地鐵站很近，走路五六分鐘，去各個景點都非常方便。房間空間寬敞，有一張桌子、一台電腦和一張床，滿意。

價格比較划算，我們三人間。而且離城牆安遠門很近！樓下附近吃的也比較多！在春節期間訂單這個酒店屬實讓人很開心！

這是我住過最差的酒店沒有之一
第一，衞生方面，床單根本沒換過，浴巾硬得像板子
第二，服務方面，可以用沒有服務來形容，入住的時候前台沒人，門是上鎖的，按照門口的提示打電話，半個多小時才解決不説還給了我其他房間的密碼
最最不能忍受的是，凌晨一點半敲門問睡了沒
第三，環境方面也是差的可怕，電腦鍵盤是黏糊的，酒店的梳子沒有包裝，估計是上個房客拆了沒帶走，就順着留下來了
差勁程度生平僅見，完全不能接受的一家店
