We really loved this hotel! We got a room upgrade when we arrived and stayed in the suite. The view out the window is amazing!! The staff is really friendly and the hotel is located well, you can get to lots of sights with the metro line 2! The breakfast is perfect for the price! We were very happy and will definetly come here again, when we are in Xi'an again.

This hotel is in a pretty good location. The room we were in had very bad lighting and it was pretty dark. The themed room is nice. There was a smell in the rest room I believe it was from the drain that has a bad design. I covered it to eliminate the smell on the hot day.

I loved the service and the view was amazing

The hotel has a breakfast buffet, a laundry room and a Hanfu Hall. There are snacks, fruits and ice cream in the lobby. It is 3 kilometers away from the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps, next to the TV tower, and the front desk service is warm and thoughtful! When I came in, Huahua and Fenfen at the front desk received me. They gave me a very thoughtful and enthusiastic feeling, and they took everything into consideration. They arranged the room I wanted for me and upgraded us. It was really thoughtful. The next day, they upgraded us to a little yellow duck theme room. Thank you very much.
