性價比很高的房間，空間大，打掃的很乾凈；酒店位置好，旁邊就是地鐵站和萬達，也有免費停車場，自駕或公共交通出行都方便。 回家了才發現身份證丟了，聯繫酒店，酒店很積極的幫忙尋找並且幫忙發快遞寄回來。 那個年輕的前台真的很不錯，態度好，積極幫忙，使我們的住宿體驗很愉快，下次到西安還會選擇這家酒店。

唯一值得稱道的就是前台小姐姐的態度還算不錯，環境一言難盡，老賓館一進樓層味道就很重，進房間就是一個上一個顧客留下的果凍盒，房間連一次性拖鞋都沒有，就衹有涼拖，沙發都油膩膩的，桌子上也是。朋友訂的另一間衞生間連衞生紙都沒有！本來訂的三天，結果一天就想退了，更可氣的是賓館還不願意退後兩天的錢！攜程協商後還是扣了不退一晚上的房費，衹能含淚又忍了一晚上，這樣的賓館真的希望大家避雷！！！

是家老酒店設施有點陳舊 有種過去年代招待所的感覺，好在收拾的乾淨，最大優點地理位置實在是好，緊挨1/4號地鐵口 轉乘9號線去秦陵很方便，對面是萬達，大堂服務態度好，可以免費存放行李。
