環境太差，房間濕氣氣味較大！常年陰森看不到太陽，強烈不建議大家居住！狗都不睡的地方不如去睡個招待所

當天晚上17點多，馬上要去入住了，老闆打電話説我住的房間停電，讓我取消訂單，整個一個酒店停電停一半房間，其中就有我的房間，我也真是理解不了，西安的遊客老多人了，這個點讓我去哪找酒店去？我不同意，我説給我換個沒停電的房間，結果告訴我沒停電的都入住了，我態度很強硬，堅決不同意，過了能有20分鐘，老闆又打電話説電修好了，可以入住，不知道是真停電了，還是他們能高價把這個房間賣出去，我希望是前者，前台那個男的態度特別不好，就因為我沒聽他們的退房唄，耽誤你們掙錢了啊？我提前10天左右定的房間，當時打電話問長恨歌演出的地方離酒店多遠，告訴我很詳細，結果我入住以後，在問一次，竟然告訴我他們是外地人，他們也不知道，讓我自己導航找，你們開酒店的，臨潼就一個長恨歌，一個兵馬俑，離你們位置多遠你們不知道？你們酒店新開業的啊？看着酒店設施不像啊。衞生間也就跟飛機和動車的衞生間大小差不多，也是那種一體的衞生間，特別小，還有衞生特別差，廁所裏還有剩的牙刷和紙，房間的窗户隔音特別不好，也鎖不上，外面還有個塑料雨棚，晚上夏雨，那滴滴答答的聲音，不是因為太累了，根本就睡不着，我這全是真實經歷，希望給想定他家酒店的人一個真實的借鑒，臨潼遊客特別多，酒店都爆滿，大家定他家之前，一定問好了，別臨時告訴你你的房間停電，你沒地方住，到時候花高價去住別的酒店。

609的房子裏面有個去外面好像是陽台的門，鎖子怎麼不弄好一點，看上面痕跡像是被從外面拉的，現在不管誰從外面使點勁就可以拉開門進房子裏面。

建議商家及時維修壞門鎖，通廊地毯需要徹底清理或者更換掉，性價比這樣賓館總體不錯，值得推薦！

牙刷都沒有，然後枕頭巨高，床很軟，很小的床放了四個枕頭，然後電視看不了需要vip裝修也不咋的，房子開關很多，都不知道哪個是開關

離華清宮很近，步行十幾分鍾就能到，離兵馬俑也比較近，能很清晰的看到驪山，周邊的商店和餐店也不少，很方便，距地鐵口也很近
房間裝修也算是同價位當中不錯的了，也比較寬敞，看着也是比較乾淨的，二樓窗户比較大，採光不錯，也相對安靜，設施該有的也都有
服務是熱情的，但也不是那種過度熱情的，工作人員比較少，店長是比較有親和力的，有一種書卷氣，看起來是儒雅的，也很熱情，很好溝通
