剛剛體驗過，房價390多元，無電視機，設施陳舊，衞生一般，預訂的可入住三人，到店後三人帶兩小孩（一個3歲,一個7 歲），説人多要求漲價，不漲價就要以當天價格續訂第二天的房子。別的賓館訂的標間都是兩大人帶兩小孩，從來沒有説過人多了，難道小孩不跟大人一起住，要單獨住宿嗎？有點坐地起價。

黑心店，老闆娘就一坑，還説自己講良心真是笑了，訂的大床房説免費給我們升級房型，我跟我朋友進去都可懵咋是兩張床，第二天來退房問我們睡另一張床沒，説睡了要加收50塊錢，還説自己説了兩張床調張睡，問題是我和我朋友都不知道，還説自己説清了我們沒有執行，而且這個酒店介紹下面明確説不收按金和免查房，老闆娘還説我們一直收，真是服了，什麼垃圾店，避雷避雷，老闆娘就在那混淆視聽的。

根本沒有入住結果就説我入住了！搞笑我人還在長沙何來入住？？！！，下午15時就給店家電話告訴説路途飛機延誤趕不上，稍晚時給他退訂，就在17：15時按照規定取消訂單申請，結果，店家非得等到18時不通過退訂，以為這樣強迫消費者就能得逞！很糟糕的服務，建議封殺！

房間很大，乾淨衞生，簡約舒適，適合家庭出遊，商務出差，離大雁塔大唐不夜城很近，步行十幾分鍾即可到達，離鐘樓 回民街 打車十幾塊錢，坐公交地鐵也很方便，交通很便利，離李家村萬達廣場和秋林小吃城騎個共享單車十幾分鍾即可到達，簡直不要太方便呦，推薦推薦！

酒店沒有前台，電話打半天打不通。花200多元錢，住50元的體驗，真的太糟糕了。房間確實很大，但也衹是大。裏面的毛巾是這樣的爛，盥洗池是這樣的臟，還有這鏡子感覺沒人打擾一樣，反正錢都付了，你愛住不住。最後就是這個燒水壺，可以看到裡外都是黃的臟的。問負責人，説：他們是老酒店，這樣是很正常的，讓他換一個，説一個房間衹有一個。這簡直就是西安市的“標桿”，這樣的酒店沒什麼開下去的意義。沒人去了就應該會自動倒閉吧。不要去，不要去，不要去，誰去誰後悔

環境差不多，但是老大媽多多少少有點不道德，中午十二點退房，但入住時沒説超時要扣錢的事情，我們一個小縣城超半個小時都沒啥事情，但西安一線的城市半個小時扣20，這給人印象真不咋滴，

家人們誰懂啊，本來定的其他民宿結果被放鴿子，然後在路邊看到的好萊特酒店現場預訂的，房東阿姨人超級超級超級超級好！！！讓我們存放行李，我們玩了一天回去還免費給我們升級了房型！！！環境很好，很安靜，周圍景點也很近，大家快來西安玩兒吧～
