服務態度非常好。從前台到打掃衞生的阿姨，對於客人都非常友好熱情，儘量提供周到的服務，特別有專門的冰箱服務也很方便買了新鮮的水果或者酸奶，可以先凍在冰箱裏需要喝的時候服務員5分鐘內會拿到房間，瓶裝水，也是不像其他酒店，不限數量感覺是是一家性價比非常好的酒店推薦。

離地鐵口很近，位置很好。我們開車來，停車場很方便，離店報車號免費。硬件設施不錯，尤其是科勒衞浴很給力，智能馬桶非常好，洗澡水挺大。房間非常暖和，尤其點贊酒店服務，進門就是拱手禮，長安範兒。對於我們的要求反應迅速，及時解決，離店熱情相送大堂經理親自詢問體驗度。感覺很好。小建議可以給房間配備一個小冰箱，枕頭有點太軟。雖然不是大牌連鎖但性價比很高。強力推薦。

酒店離地鐵步行5分鐘，交通方便，周邊餐飲購物方便。酒店房間乾淨整潔，非常温暖，床很舒適。衞生間乾濕分離，自動智能燈光馬桶，體驗感很好。服務周到熱情，前台小姐姐會抱拳行禮的。

到今天為止住過隔音最離譜的酒店，可以聽見隔壁咳嗽穿鞋，非常之吵。所謂的智能房間就是**房間，面板不能用，顯示無響應。上床發現有兩根別人的頭髮，床單和枕頭一定不乾淨。浴巾邊角還有明顯臟污，洗都沒本事洗乾淨。牆紙不平整，房間很小，衞生間持續異響，總結：差中之差，好評都是刷的
