交通便利，停車方便。
衞生：按質檢標準來，肯定是過不了關的。但是不影響入住，畢竟在旮旯死角里麪，看不見。設施你説好吧，它多得是問題，你説不好，它該有的都必備了。電話機擺設，如果用不了就別擺放在此，引起沒必要的客訴，帶來差評。其次是浴室的門這個設計emmm……那個門建議ENG的來維修下吧。
服務：有一説一，這種標準的酒店，fo能做到雙手遞物，五聲服務，挺不錯的了。但是Fo個別女士（高個子）就有些拖後腿了。Hk的服務也可以的！
其次説説ota後台管理…挺費勁。酒店ota的引流以**為主，攜程做的……一塌糊塗。12點52分**做了個白金8折，7折放價的活動，因為7折放價的活動折扣太大，底價低加上7折放價，所以導致出現119這樣的超低價格，所以很快速的7折放價活動商家下掉了。這時候衹有白金8折，然後又上了一個10億補貼，所以價格又變動到最開始的233的價格。看了一波操作之後能理解了。還以為是底價調來調去…因為活動下架的速度……確實是挺快的，低價頁面截圖了，自己看到了，所以能理解。之前打電話溝通跟前台溝通不太開心的是，酒店ota的引流以**為主的，並沒有關照攜程客户，攜程跟**的價格差距太大了，因為自己一直都是用的攜程，看到**如此低的價格，後面去訂活動給下了，價格變來變去，前台解釋不出123來，一個勁的講那是**在管理，。我不知道，我不知道。沒有調價沒有調價。所以當自己訂了高價後再去訂低價，低價又沒了，當沒看到頁面截圖的低價格的時候，就以為是商家動了底價，挺煩的。下回解釋就説國慶節**做活動，價格浮動。就別甩鍋説是**在管理價格。當你用一種無奈，笑嘻嘻的態度，不能用你的專業能力解釋的時候，就覺着你在忽悠，敷衍我。

前台小姐姐服務態度非常nice，一開始找不到四號公寓，親自打電話熱心指路怎麼走，房間乾淨整潔，採光好，交通便利，樓下就是萬達廣場，值得推薦的酒店！

平價型價格低實惠，商務樓裏面多種商務小酒店，無獨立大廳，位置挺方便的，樓下就是地鐵四號線餘家寨C口，無早餐但樓下週邊有，停車場是萬達廣場的，4元／小時，車位多。

辦理入住時 前台從頭到尾拉着臉 就像欠她家似的。 一個房間的窗户把手直接沒了使得窗户關不上晚上外面車吵吵吵的，想打前台電話座機居然**就是個擺設！另一個房間的空調有問題吹的風不涼製冷沒效果 晚上回去才發現這一點忍着燥熱睡了一晚上，體驗極差，根本不值這個價。

衞生中規中矩 優點是離地鐵口非常近 但是設施非常老舊 用的是老式的熱水器！早上洗澡洗了一回一開始燙的要死 好不容易可以洗了 洗了一會沒熱水了 顯示二十度的水半小時熱不了 一身泡沫衞生間站了半個多小時！水涼的要死

酒店地理位置不錯，出地鐵口旁邊就是，價格比較實惠，性價比高。但房間設施有些損壞，花灑漏水並且調節角度的壞了，水衹能往牆上噴，洗澡很不方便，洗手枱出水量也太小了，像是管子堵了。在就是電視投屏沒有聲音，系統有問題了。

這個房間説到底就是一間公寓。地理位置非常好，旁邊就有地鐵站。暖氣不夠，熱水補充很慢，通風極差，本來是訂三人間的，但很重煙味，但外面寫着禁煙，他們過來看的時候也説沒有煙味。在溝通換房的時候，服務很差，前台有個小姐姐還叫我們出去重新找個酒店。最後他們給了我們一個標間，加一張床墊。我們住了三天，也沒有換三人房，我們一直付的是三人房的錢，但一直住標間，心裏很不爽。
