The room is clean and tidy. Overall experience is great! The reception staffs Bella, Suli and Moon were friendly and fast. They communicate and attend to guests swiftly. They have also guided guests and inform of the hotel amenities while checking in. Appreciate the helpful staffs available even though I've arrived at 2-3am in the night.

I had an incredible experience as a solo traveler! The service was top-notch—staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The amenities were fantastic, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The food was a highlight, with a great variety of delicious options. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone traveling alone. Can’t wait to return!

The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and the front desk staff are friendly. They even gave me a souvenir when I was checking out from the hotel. Overall, 10/10 and highly recommended!

I've stayed here a few times now and like it a lot. Very comfortable for a good price and good Chinese breakfast. Not great views but it is in a new part of the city. Close to good running spots and parks. I choose to stay here when working close by...

The hotel is pretty good overall. We stayed in a room on the east side. The room temperature was suitable and not too hot. The lighting was good. The area was large and the bathroom was clean and soundproof. We could have a good sleep. We could go to the buffet restaurant in the morning to have a good meal. Zhang Min at the front desk was also very warm and thoughtful, and her attitude was very friendly. This stay experience was very good. Recommended
