January 12, 2024. The difficulties and troubles began with an attempt to find a hotel by the location shown on the website. The hotel owner did not consider it necessary to check his own location in Xi'an in advance or regularly. As a result, the actual location of the hotel turned out to be 1.5 km to the east, and the tourist group of 3 guests had to spend extra time and money on a taxi to get to the hotel. The general appearance of the exterior of the hotel does not match the photos on the website and, perhaps, the initial data mislead the potential client. There is a tightness, hardly conveyed in words, in the inner part of a narrow residential quarter without any kind of urban horizon. There is only the sky above. And of course, there is no fresh air and ventilation. If one of the guests really wants exotic, then "welcome". But the problems of the guests did not end there.After registration and payment of a deposit of 50 yuan, the guests stayed in a room pre-booked and paid through the website (219 yuan for 3 days). The guests got tired on the way to Xi'an City and decided to relax.
The mood of the hotel guests turned sour when the hotel owner came to their room at midnight (00 a.m.!!!) and demanded to leave the hotel in the morning without explaining the reason. Attempts by the guests to find out the position of the hotel and find out the reason for the denial of service for the next 2 days of booking and 100% prepayment did not lead to success. The hotel owner initially refused to refund the 50 yuan deposit and did not want to talk to the guests at the reception at all. He was ostentatiously resting in the office. After handing over the room and the intervention of another hotel employee, the deposit was still refunded. The hotel owner refused to return the money in the amount of 146 yuan for the unused 2 days (the night of January 13 and the night of January 14). As a result, 3 guests were forced to leave the hotel at 09:00 local time on January 13, 2024. The mood of the tourists was catastrophically spoiled. On the evening of the same day, January 13, they left Xi'an City, although they planned to stay and explore interesting places for 2 full days.
I absolutely do not recommend booking a hotel room that does not meet the requirements of the site and the requests of a loyal customer. The hotel guests suffered material and moral damage for no reason and without refund and apologies. The owner of the hotel is an ill-mannered man.
