The room was clean and tidy, and all the hotel staff were warm and considerate. Especially the little girl Dundee at the front desk has a very good service attitude. The short-haired lobby manager sister was very nice and upgraded our room type for free. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Xi'an.

I bought a package package for this hotel that includes hot springs and breakfast. It is a great value choice. The hotel is close to Huaqing Palace and the subway station, and the environment is very good. In particular, the hot springs have multiple open-air springs with different temperatures. You can also order a seafood buffet for an extra fee. The staff is very polite, but there is no phone in the room. You have to use your own phone to call the front desk.
