我從來沒住過這麼差的民宿，設施老舊簡陋就像是要準備拆遷一樣，燈光昏暗，給的房間衞生間馬桶上竟然有煙灰和體毛，滿屋都是灰塵天花板修修補補還有大量黴斑，牆紙全部卷邊脱落，房間裏還養的小寵物（小強），更過分的是大冬天屋內温度衹有幾度，遙控器是拿膠帶粘的，空調根本就不好用，水龍頭也沒有熱水，冰冷的房間想加被褥被前台告知沒有，好不容易給送了一條被子，結果被芯都是黑的，床上被褥都沒換過，枕套被褥裏好多頭髮，床墊的彈簧好像漏在外面一樣，想把加的被子鋪在床上當褥子，結果保護墊的頭髮更多更噁心，另外門縫足有1釐米寬，超級不隔音，門口路過的人説什麼都能聽的清清楚楚，沒有防盜鏈，想着搬個牀頭櫃擋一下門，結果還搬出來蜘蛛了，本想找前台換房間，被告知沒有房間了，想退掉後面的房間，結果前台説他家就不退單，服務極差，衝著客人發泄情緒，態度十分惡劣，過來旅遊的不要被“照騙”了，這家實物跟圖片嚴重不符，與其事後理論不如提前避坑，關！！！

店門口院子大，我們自駕遊車可以停進院子，主要是停車免費，大西安停車是個問題，路邊2或3元一小時，景區6或8元一小時，還有很多是過夜不封頂的，停車前一定要看好收費標準。房間很大，3個人住地方足夠，洗澡水很熱，舒服，第二天早上洗澡水壓不穩定，樓下就有清真餐廳。可以吃夜宵。院子裏還有修車的，我的車胎壓有點低，剛好一充氣。還説找4s店，結果住宿就都解決了。住宿經濟實惠，房間乾淨。我離店後才想起來要發票，加老闆微信，開電子發票給我。十分感謝。

4月2日出來自駕西藏，一路過來西安遊玩。這兩個月住了無數酒店，貴的便宜的都有，出來旅遊如果太計較硬件設施和衞生，那就建議還是住300元以上的價格。離主要景點都不是很遠，100左右這個價格，你就不能計較太多，睡覺安靜，基本的衞生條件，24小時熱水，周邊有好吃的東西我就已經很滿足了。這家酒店樓下旁邊的羊肉泡饃我連續吃了三天，如果平時吃的較清淡烤羊肉串關照一下少點鹽。免費停車，交通比較方便，公交車站2分鐘左右，地鐵600多米，去哪裡都很方便，老闆人也很好，下次再來西安，一定還住你家。對了，這家對寵物很友好，但記得入住的話自己也要保持房間乾淨，我們都是帶狗床狗窩的。
