離考點特別近，但是居民自建房，第一次知道啦不是所有西安人家裡都安裝了暖氣，沒有空調的房間衹有一個電熱毯，房間燈光比較暗淡，不適合臨時抱佛腳，衞生巾一層樓衹有一個，沒有洗澡的地方（所以自己洗了再去考試吧）。老闆人還可以，提供了喝的熱水在一樓，還延遲到兩點退房，上午考完可以回來休息一下~

千萬別來這家黑店，一百多大床房不讓用空調也不告知，開了幾分鐘直接扣20按金，提供不了任何電費明細，態度極差一會説扣20一會扣直接不退按金，報警投訴才慫。房間更是臟亂差桌子水壺一層灰，拖鞋黑的，一次性用品基本沒有。大床房連空調不能用也不説不登記訊息，男老闆沒素質亂扣錢女老闆巧舌如簧

其實我覺得還可以，沒有評論區説的那麼誇張，主要床好軟哦好舒服，阿姨也可熱情了，不吹不黑我覺得對於考試來説住完全夠夠的！（還有電褥子！）有回家的感覺

定的房間説沒房了轉到另一家，因時間問題沒有另外去找，設施不敢恭維，一次性拖鞋都沒有，晚上比較吵。

就是民房，環境比較安靜，設施很一般，房子裏面的一次性拖鞋都是別人穿過的還在那放着讓下一個客户用。老闆人比較熱情，就是安靜。
