Came to Xi’an with friends and booked a double room at Demei Villa Hotel before entering the gate. The hotel staff rushed over very enthusiastically and did not help us to pick up things to check in, charge a deposit, but it will be refunded in seconds after check-out. 酒店房間很乾凈整潔。前天入住的晚上我洗了一件剛買才穿了一天的不是幾十元那種的親子體桖，早晨有一丟丟沒有幹，因為要離開了，就想掛到窗户上晾一下，剛剛才看了它還好好的，結果一轉眼就掉下去，掉到下面衹有一層的房頂上，而且那裡人不能走上去。聯繫前台工作人員小張，他立馬聯繫客服部，客服部兩位小姐姐立馬到房間來確認。她們快速商量着拯救我體桖的方案。最後我留下電話，如果她們能幫忙撿起來就幫我寄回家。8：30離店去北站趕車，9：05就接到前台小張來電説我的體桖得救了。失而復得的感覺真好！更感動的是客服部小姐姐説我體桖臟了，幫我洗乾淨晾乾再寄出。面對糟心顧客自己的失誤，前台和客服部姐姐都如此積極熱情幫忙，不是什麼星級酒店，但他們遵從顧客至上！免費送站幾分鐘就能到北站。再去西安，住北站附近，一定會再去！再次感謝幾位德美野墅工作人員！

距離地鐵口 高鐵站都很近 地理位置比較優越 高鐵站有接送服用很方便 酒店大廳裝修的還是比較有格調 前台接待人員也比較專業 樓層高 視野開闊 房間裝修乾淨舒服 服務人員見面都會打招呼 早餐種類繁多 沒有時間下樓的可以提供打包很人性化 總之還是一個不錯的酒店 值得體驗

前台服務很好，很熱情，很耐心，辦理入住也很迅速，不用等太久！！！ 房間面積很大，床軟硬適中，房間還配備了，免費的2瓶礦泉水，茶葉包，咖啡☕️和包糖，入住時，忘記打印准考證，逛回來太晚了，外面打印店都關門了。詢問了前台，前台小姐姐幫免費打印了，放在前台，讓退房時候拿，還有就是房間帶浴缸的，前台小姐姐，還讓客房的大姐，幫我們套了一次性的浴缸袋，服務真的很好，感謝！！！還介紹了旁邊的吃飯的地方，周邊的地鐵線路，一次不錯的入住經歷，很感謝 下次還來住！！！停車免費哦！！！！

一家人去西安旅遊，在網上找了很多家，最終定了這家，環境服務都不錯，臨近地鐵，交通也很方便，樓下就有商場，也可以吃飯，非常完美！

離高鐵站很近，房間大，落地窗寬敞明亮 還有免費接送站服務，比較適合路痴的朋友 每次開會領導都安排住這個酒店，很熟悉親切，衞生乾淨 服務也不錯，強烈推薦👍👍👍

酒店離西安北站較近，位置好，地方也好找，自助早餐味道好，品項多，服務員都挺熱情，還有免費接送站服務！
