酒店乾淨寬敞明亮，設施方便，健身房很不錯，自助洗衣也很方便，停車免費，住得很滿意。位置優越交通便利，房間乾淨整潔，住得很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。

環境挺好的；
不過223房間的下水受不知道哪個房間的影響，聲音很大，避開這個房間還是很推薦。

酒店在一家院子裏很安靜，院子裏環境也很好，房間內衞生也很乾凈，服務人員也很熱情，大廳內有小麻花吃還不錯😄 ，晚上還提供免費的粥，很暖心 總之是一次不錯的入住體驗

自駕到西安旅遊住到這家酒店，沒想到錦江之星還有這麼好的酒店。早餐很豐盛不錯，機器人送物到房間，裝修很新乾淨衞生，電視屏幕很大可投屏，乾濕分離非常好，停車位充足，停到後花園環境優美，總之都很滿意

房間通電後電視機就自動開機了，這個很沒必要…開機後遙控器關不了，原來是沒電了，在等送電池的過程中不得不一直受到噪音騷擾；其次就是第一天熱水就是温水，大概在30幾度吧，完全不能洗澡，隔天早上出門前聯繫前台，回來後問題解決了。但是總體來説，第一天的經歷就很無語。
