服務員都很好，尤其負責樓層的一位，細心禮貌；
環境挺好的；
不過223房間的下水受不知道哪個房間的影響，聲音很大，避開這個房間還是很推薦。

酒店在一家院子裏很安靜，院子裏環境也很好，房間內衞生也很乾凈，服務人員也很熱情，大廳內有小麻花吃還不錯😄 ，晚上還提供免費的粥，很暖心 總之是一次不錯的入住體驗

自駕到西安旅遊住到這家酒店，沒想到錦江之星還有這麼好的酒店。早餐很豐盛不錯，機器人送物到房間，裝修很新乾淨衞生，電視屏幕很大可投屏，乾濕分離非常好，停車位充足，停到後花園環境優美，總之都很滿意

房間通電後電視機就自動開機了，這個很沒必要…開機後遙控器關不了，原來是沒電了，在等送電池的過程中不得不一直受到噪音騷擾；其次就是第一天熱水就是温水，大概在30幾度吧，完全不能洗澡，隔天早上出門前聯繫前台，回來後問題解決了。但是總體來説，第一天的經歷就很無語。

兄弟們避大雷啊，前台素質極差，超時了八分鐘，本人已經離店，前台打電話説因為她的問題把按金給我退回來了，我説沒關係，你加我微信我補給你，補了一個小時房費以後想找前台要一下依據，一直給顧客扣問號，態度一百八十度大轉變，説超時了要什麼依據？需要什麼規定？收了錢以後立馬京劇大變臉，倒打一耙説憑什麼她在這裏站一天要給我補30塊錢，我覺得很莫名其妙什麼時候説了讓她補，錢我也已經補了，我花錢出來午休就是想要一個依據也不行，想問一下該前台為什麼要道德綁架我？説希望我投訴開除她，説兩句話就是對顧客説隨便吧。不追究前台問題，畢竟也是打工女，但是酒店這方面聘用人才是把老闆娘給聘用來了嗎？素質極差住此酒店體驗極其差勁，幹不了就回家，出來讓別人慣着你幹什麼，體驗感極差 ，兄弟們避大雷
