第一次給酒店差評，辦理入住的時候説酒店有施工，9-20點會有噪音，結果7點半就開始吵！讓人在酒店根本睡不了覺、待不下去。床頭就一個插充電器的地方，兩個usb插口就是擺設，根本就是空的、插不了。房間隔音也差的要死，窗户關死了還能聽到路上車的噪音。更煩的是，最後一天還沒到時間，房卡就失效了，刷不進去，衹能説這家酒店吃相真難看，誰住誰倒黴

酒店佈置有文化氛圍，房間乾淨衞生， 服務熱情周到，無論前台還是客房服務員，還有保安和工程人員，出入都會禮貌打招呼，有疑問都能得到很好的解答。 交通方便，從西安站過來，出了地鐵，馬路對面就能看到指示牌，很方便。很棒的入住體驗👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

房間乾淨整潔，有洗衣房，前台服務員服務很好，雖然是無窗房但是入住時沒有異味！最近入住有噪音提前告知了，這一點是不錯的
