酒店服務人員態度非常好，房間的衞生也是乾淨細緻，附近吃飯逛街都很方便，出門就是公交站，總之住這裡是很愜意啦！以後也會成為我住宿的首選。

早餐很好吃哦，房間打掃的也很乾凈，離龍首原地鐵站有九百米吧，散散步就到了酒店，一路上好多小吃攤還有買水果的賣花的，這個位置就很適合生活，房間隔音挺好的還會及時給你送水哦。

房型位置很便利，門口就是公交站，離地鐵站不到一公里，離鐘樓等景區都很近。附近有商業區吃東西也很方便。
環境很好，在西安住的酒店裡同價位環境可以排在非常靠前的位置。工作人員服務非常到位。

前台服務熱情，需要什麼就直接找前台就行。
設施齊全，除了電視不大行，不能投屏，系統還一直崩一直重啟，其他都還行。
距離地鐵站挺近，門口就是公交，交通挺方便。

房間入住被罩沒有更換過，反饋給前台重新跟換竟然告訴沒有多餘的被罩，入住3天沒有給打掃過真是無語😓 ，酒店沒有服務沒有標準
