It’s only a 10-minute walk away from the subway station. The surrounding environment is good, there is a supermarket downstairs with brand stores such as KFC Michelle Ice City. There is also a community playground, which is good for walking and playing table tennis. Food and lodging are also convenient. The boss is super nice and helpful to help solve problems. The room is clean and tidy. Lived for a few days and had a great time!

The boss is very nice. On the day of arrival, due to heavy rain in Henan, it was past early in the morning. I ordered the meal in advance and asked the boss to take it. He put it in the room intimately and waited for us at the intersection and picked us upstairs.

房間挺好的，是那種民宿，一室一廳一廚一衞帶個陽台，出行也挺方便的，樓下就是公交站牌，離地鐵也就幾百米遠，挺方便的，就是洗澡的時候熱水太慢了

很意外，驚艷到我了，性比價很高的民宿
設施：很齊全，洗衣機也有
衞生：很乾凈，家庭衞生
環境：很安靜，對面有學校
服務：很周到，老闆很靠譜
離地鐵站五六百米吧，2號線可以到很多景區，也可以選擇公交。老闆也很好，沒到入住時間，幫忙聯繫附近商鋪寄存的行李，3個大人，2個小孩，入住後老闆根據情況會發訊息温馨提示一些小細節，完全夠住，下次來西安還會選擇這。

位置比較好找，就在我的母校西安中學對面。房間裏面也很温馨，有茶葉有打火機。
有兩個不太好的是，一個是客廳的空調正對着床上的人吹，有點冷，而卧室裏麪沒空調，夏天的西安簡直就……第二個是洗澡水冷熱不穩定。
最後説一句，房東人很好，很耐心。
