環境很不錯，這個價格有這條件，性價比很高，服務人員很熱情，尤其是06號小姐姐，指引明確，説話聲音也好聽，早上我起床晚了，幸虧小姐姐及時安排送站。送站的33號師傅也很給力，要不是他熟悉路線，快速又安全把我們送到，今天就錯過動車了。西安這座古城給我的印象很好，這裏的人們熱情善良，待人真誠，來一次感慨一次。

出差，因為距離北客站非常近，選擇入住這家酒店。酒店提供24小時接送站服務，很貼心，很方便，服務真心不錯。入住期間從前台服務到客房服務都很熱情。
訂的內窗房間，衞生整體乾淨。
當時訂的時候沒選含早餐的，早上單買了早餐，品類很好，該有的基本都有，味道也很不錯，驚喜還有明檔現煮的臊子麪和餛飩，值得推薦[強]。

要去趟外地，時間比較趕。
就定了北客站跟前這家酒店，給了我很大的一個驚喜。
設施衞生:非常不錯，設施齊全，這麼熱的天氣，空調製冷效果很好，整體衞生乾淨整潔
酒店服務:必須點個贊👍，有免費專車接站，送站服務，工作人員服務態度，言語都很有親和力，管理水平很高。
酒店早餐:品種雖然不像星級酒店那麼多，但是口感很棒，而且還有明檔現下的特色麪條，各類小吃，關鍵的是沒有預製品，體驗非常棒。
總體評價:體驗很好，而且性價比高，價格適中，值得推薦[強]

外觀看着還行，裏面就是一個有點舊的老酒店，我們定了兩個房間，其中一個房間進去就很大一股奇怪的味道，送站服務很差，導致我們差點沒趕上車，酒店沒有提前統計人數，我們到出發的時候才告知我們五個人坐不下，臨時喊了一個司機下來，也沒有送到進站口，送到一個很遠的地方，讓我們自己坐電梯上去又走了很長一截才走到進站口，當時已經快要延誤了，我和朋友衹能狂奔，由於酒店沒有統計好人數，我們被分成了兩撥人，兩輛車把我們送到了不同的進站口，一直找不到對方，差一點點就延誤了。有點無語（沒拍照，用西安的照片替代一下。

本來對三星酒店沒抱太高期待，結果完全超出預期！必須用五星好評安利給大家！
地理位置超方便
• 下高鐵就有接站服務，出去玩還能送站到地鐵口，距離西安景區都很近
• 鬧中取靜，晚上睡覺完全不會被吵到
房間超出預期
• 床墊軟硬適中（對腰突人士很友好）
• 驚喜發現：衞生間做了防滑地板，房間還是一次性浴巾，很舒服。

前台還給準備了飲品和糖果，最重要還有小童牙刷和耳塞，真的很貼心。

因為出差中轉，隨意定的酒店，就入住了星華宮酒店，沒想到整體體驗非常棒！從入住到退房，每一個細節都讓人感到貼心舒適。
位置不錯：酒店地理位置很好，交通也便利，靠近北客站，最滿意的就是接送。 我到的比較晚，酒店專人聯繫指引路線，接上車，幫忙拿行李，非常棒的服務。
房間舒適：房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，房間沒有異味，空調製冷效果很不錯[強]
服務貼心：工作人員態度熱情，服務周到，有任何需求都能快速響應，有服務管家。
很滿意的一次入住體驗，100多的房價，能做到如此性價比，非常不錯了，下次來西安必須住。

裝修的很新，所以需要開窗去味。房間總體還是很舒服的。正南800米是一個小吃街。性價比很高。一百多四十多平還是節假日性價比很高了。離龍門石窟打車二十分鐘。
