酒店性價比很高，這個季節價格很優惠，大堂很大氣，很不錯，酒店周邊交通便利，樓下就是地鐵口，出行打車什麼都很方便，房間乾淨，床品舒適，洗護用品用起來也很奈斯👍一進大堂香薰的味道也很好聞呢，酒店前台工作人員服務也很周到，特別是服務非常周到熱情，給我們送了星巴克的杯子，設施也比較齊全，早餐特別棒竟然有配香辣蝦！煮的混沌和米粉也很好吃的，工作人員離店也會詢問住店滿意度，酒店的設計很特別，很有特色，很有感覺，大堂的音樂也很恰到好處，房間採光很好，坐着曬太陽很愜意，冬天暖氣也給的很足，因為幹工作人員也會多放幾瓶水，真的很貼心的，很有人性化的酒店，也會給升級房間，總之這次入住真的讓人很滿意，下次還會推薦朋友來這邊，太棒啦。

美麗的西安之旅，居然因為一家酒店壞了心情。
這家酒店衹有5、6兩層，如果住6層衹有樓梯沒有電梯，行李需要自己拎。房間隔音很差，設施陳舊（如圖），由於樓層低，所以外面的車水馬龍都能聽到，最近適逢外面施工，半夜聽到卡車聲也是額外饋贈的驚喜。
最離譜的事情是入住凌晨房間漏水了！事後酒店解釋是空調漏水。半夜受到驚嚇撥打前台電話，工作人員的答覆居然是讓我再觀察觀察，繼續入住…後來又漏水了才給我更換房間。由於驚嚇和更換房間的奔波，老母親嚇得吃了高血壓葯。一整晚沒睡。第二天因為更換房間問題還不給我吃早餐。這樣的服務態度真的是令人窒息。一個酒店夜晚沒有值班領導，衹有一個保安和前台的女士。如遇突發情況，人身安全是否有保障也是疑問。
客户經理***處理此事的態度更是酒店管理的反面教材，説話尖酸刻薄，情商感人，處處抬高自己，推卸責任。這樣的酒店，服務品質低下，大家一定要擦亮眼睛，不要花錢買罪受！

三晚住下來，衞生環境可，能住，離地鐵口很近，方便出行。設施老舊，客人提行李箱還要爬一層樓梯到客房，服務更談不上，出去一天挺累的，回來房卡就不好使，了還要走很遠下樓梯去前台問，工作人員態度是禮貌的，但是服務品質差，住下來很不省心，麻煩死了，不會再住

前台在5樓，不好找，還不如隔壁的維也納酒店明顯。4點多到時説沒有打掃乾淨的房間，窗户距離對面樓很近，沒什麼景觀可看，後怕的是出門時隨手關門發現門鎖壞了，從外面直接能打開，這要沒發現，丟東西就麻煩了😡，又發現了長頭髮，早餐要碗餛燉，也沒給做。

極差的一次入住體驗，酒店房間裏的空調和暖氣冷的跟冰窖一樣，還不如睡在過道，服務員還説出來穿上羽絨服就不冷這麼搞笑的話出來，換完房後以為能安安靜靜的睡一覺了，結果凌晨走廊跟打仗一樣，吵得人精神奔潰，不建議入住

設施：房間挺好的，看着很乾凈，衞生間是乾濕分離，看這打掃的挺乾淨，房子裏用品也挺齊全，還有咖啡，茶包什麼的，整體的風格適合商務出行，酒店就在地鐵口旁邊，出行也挺方便，前台小姐姐，小哥哥服務也很熱情，專門帶到房間，總體説很贊👍
