酒店附近吃飯的地方也挺多的房間衞生打掃都挺不錯的有機器人送餐因為是臨街所以電梯安保做的不錯刷卡才可以上樓前台服務態度一般因為早上有事出去説的是兩點退房但是我12點回去房卡已經刷不了電梯了而且前台服務態度也很一般！性價比還不錯

優點：新酒店，衞生ok, 近地鉄。
缺點：房間偏小，大床肯定沒有1.5米
早歺太差。最大問題是管理辦事不力。
禁煙灑店，但是有人在大堂抽煙，他們也不管，
我去投訴，女員工馬上跟客人説，客人不理，
跟我説沒辦法，不了了之，我再去跟另一個應該
是高級男員工投訴，他也是笑笑口説沒辦法😅
明明是禁煙酒店，他們是有權力執法的。我在
網上看到是禁煙酒店才去訂房，現在反過來要我
退讓，妥協。這是道理？還是歪理！！
本來星期五從延安回西安再多住一個晚上，現在
肯定去找別的酒店。
這家酒店永遠不會再訂
這個品牌之後也不會再關注

經常出差在西安，每次住酒店都普普通通，這次這家店是新店，環境很好，沒有一點意味，而且方便出行，離回民街和鐘鼓樓都很近，出行很方便！是一個鬧中取靜的好去處！

帶爸媽遊西安，選對酒店直接讓孝心落地！這家店最讓長輩滿意的就是**“少走路”**——步行到鐘鼓樓輕鬆無壓力，爸媽不用趕車受累，清晨能慢悠悠到鐘樓拍晨景，傍晚溜達去回民街嘗泡饃、肉夾饃，全程自在愜意。去陝西歷史博物館也方便，公交十幾分鍾就能到，不用折騰長輩。房間空間敞亮，傢俱設施齊全又順手，爸媽住得舒展不侷促；24小時洗衣房更是“救星”，換洗衣物隨時能洗，烘乾後柔軟親膚，再也不用讓爸媽手洗，省心又貼心，連他們都誇我會挑！

這次入住的酒店真的太驚喜了！出酒店步行3分鐘就到廣濟街地鐵站，不管是去景區還是市區逛街都超便捷，完全不用糾結交通問題。
最意外的是環境特別安靜，房間隔音做得很好，窗外的街道噪音幾乎聽不到，晚上能睡得特別安穩。服務也很貼心，前台辦理入住速度快，還主動告知了周邊的美食攻略，體驗感拉滿，下次來還會選這裏！

酒店樓下就是各種小吃店，步行到回民街衹要 10 分鐘，早上出門買個肉夾饃特別方便。房間很安靜，雖然在市中心，但一點不吵，睡眠質量超高。我去的時候帶的衣服不夠，全靠酒店洗衣房，不僅有洗衣機，還有熨燙機，衣服熨好後跟新的一樣，服務太貼心了，必須推薦給朋友！

帶娃來西安旅遊，選對酒店太重要了！如家這家店就在市中心，步行到鐘鼓樓衹要 幾 分鐘，去兵馬俑、大雁塔坐地鐵也超方便，出酒店拐個彎就是地鐵站。房間空間夠大，設施很齊全。洗衣房幫了大忙，娃弄臟的衣服隨時能洗，烘乾後暖暖的，再也不用帶一堆臟衣服回家，必須給滿分！性價比之王，設施服務雙在線！
