酒店很好，開窗就能看到大雁塔，交通也很便利，房間非常好，工作人員也很好，服務態度也很好，國慶帶着一家老小，工作人員還給免費升級了家庭房，還很貼心的給我們安排到一起了，我們多了一個大人，工作人員也免費多給了早餐卷，讓我對這次的西安之行感到很暖心，非常感謝他們。

感謝酒店給免費升級了城景房，視野好，能看見大雁塔，太棒了，房間乾淨整潔，設施新，智能化，房間還配有紅茶，冰峯，關鍵是免費的哦，工作人員很熱情，實在是太滿意了，出門過馬路就是大雁塔景區，離地鐵口100米，出行太方便了，強力推薦大家體驗。

第一次來西安，根據行程選擇了一個感覺方便的酒店，沒想到超出預期。酒店新裝修的，設施新，衞生好。全屋智能，有小愛幫忙。每天早晨和小愛説早安，就打開燈拉窗簾，晚上躺好説句晚安就關好一切很方便。酒店早上還有自助早餐，每天行程開始前都吃的穩妥舒適。我們定的房間窗户正好能看到大雁塔，離大雁塔地鐵站也近，過個過街天橋就能去大雁塔廣場看亞洲最大的矩陣音樂噴泉，接着逛大雁塔然後大唐不夜城一條龍搞定。旅途中累了回去喝個小罐茶很愜意。入住期間有天晚上建築物外面街道要施工，前台小哥哥還貼心提醒並給了我們耳塞。總體感覺滿意，希望下次還有機會再來。最後上傳家裡寶貝自己寫的便簽圖片結尾！

缺點：
第一點：攜程有個權益是免費升級房型，當時問了客服，客服告知我購買的豪華雙床房型可以升級成城景雙床，當天入住後發現我入住的房型就是評價裏的豪華雙床房型，如圖2.3，是別人評價裏的豪雙和高級雙，圖4，5是我當時入住的房型，明顯是一模一樣的沒給我升級，我以為前台是忘了，於是我打電話給前台告知我有升級房型權益，結果前台告知我這個房型是已經給我升級過了？？？？我可以接受房源有限無法升級，但是我無法接受明明沒升級卻告訴我已經升級了！圖6是窗外的情況，這能看到個啥？所謂的城景呢？
第二點：辦入住沒有主動告知房間wifi密碼，回房間後也沒有在房間看到wifi密碼的提示，於是準備打電話問下前台，結果電話上也沒有貼聯繫前台應該撥打哪個鍵
優點：
酒店是新開的，設施都比較新，衞生也不錯，離大唐不夜城很近，有送餐機器人點外賣很方便，性價比還不錯
