Excellent Stay – Truly the Best!
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights during the National Holiday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We arrived just after 9 a.m. after taking an early train from Chengdu, and to our surprise, the hotel immediately provided us with our room — no waiting at all! They even gave us a free upgrade, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The breakfast options were amazing, with a great variety and high-quality food. This is honestly the best hotel we’ve stayed at overall. Although it’s a new hotel, the service was outstanding — every staff member greeted us warmly wherever we went. Communication in English was smooth and easy, which made everything even more comfortable.
We truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from the entire team. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!

The hotel is newly opened and very nice. I booked a double room and the manager Emma thoughtfully upgraded it to a suite. The room is spacious and bright, and there is no smell of new decoration. I highly recommend it.

Although I checked in early in the morning, the front desk receptionist, Melo, was very efficient and the entire check-in process was smooth. They especially offered me a late check-out, which was very thoughtful. The room was immaculately clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. I fell asleep instantly, making it perfect for someone like me who checks in early in the morning. The Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom is truly worth mentioning; it's a truly luxurious touch! Upon check-out, Emma, the Guest Relations Manager, even gave me a roujiamo (Chinese roujiamo) as a souvenir. I'll definitely stay at the Hyatt Regency Xi'an Chanba again!
