A pro Apartment Hotel in Xi'an Reviews

I left after 10 minutes of checking in. I was with my wife and kids. It was a shock for me. Pathetic condition, un hygienic and bad smell in rooms. Bed sheets and pillows were dirty. Wash room so dirty. I had to go to another hotel and requested front desk for room. They were very kind. You can understand non live-able condition that a man leaves room with family at 2am who reached after long traveling. I am amazed rating of this property on trip.com is 4.4, which puts doubts on credibility of this platform also. Irony is that they dont cancel or refund. Resultantly, i paid for two hotels at single night. I made mistake for booking this, i wrote review so that someone else shouldn’t suffer like me.

The room was horrible, even the building. It was dirty, old and the bed broke up.

She is really nice and her attitude towards her guest is really awesome. Room was cleaned. Service was perfect. All I can say that it’s value for money.

The environment is shabby, the quilt has not been used for a long time, and it has a musty smell. It must only be occupied during holidays! The corridor smells bad! There's a trash can on the corner!

We stayed three nights in the accommodation. Locations are difficult to find. The accommodation is located in a residence. When we arrived, we received a good welcome however we were disappointed with the room. We booked a double room with private bathroom on promotion on trip. The owner tells us that her room with private bathroom is more expensive than what you paid on trip. We therefore stayed in a room with a shared bathroom whose hygiene was questionable. Despite this setback, the owner is pleasant and available throughout the stay.

The boss is enthusiastic and responsible. The main reason is that it is close to the provincial hospital and is very convenient for traveling with parents.

Just OK hotel, very difficult to find for someone who doesn't speak Chinese: no signs at the foot of the building. You have to call to find it and no one speaks English. We had booked a non-smoking room and we were placed in a room that reeked of tobacco. The boss got angry because we wanted a non-smoking room even though she was the one who didn't respect the reservation!

The boss is super nice. You can use the washing machine to dry your clothes. The room is clean and hygienic. There are plenty of 24-hour hot water. The location is next to the subway, which is convenient for travel and next to the mall, which is convenient for shopping. From around 21:00 on the Sports University Street, there are food stalls, which are very authentic.

The room is clean and tidy, and the customer's requirements are met as much as possible
