Radisson RED Xi'an Olympic Sports Center

First of all, it was our first time in Xi'an, and we chose the Radisson Blu Hotel because our children were attending a concert. When we arrived at the hotel, we especially praised the service guy named Seven. He took the initiative to help with the luggage and answered any questions we had. This made us have a better impression of this hotel and gave it more points, in addition to the hardware facilities. Good service will make us want to visit again! Praise 👍👍👍

Lele's service was excellent, and there were basically no issues. The only problem was that the small refrigerator in the room was not working properly and did not provide enough cooling. Another problem was that the night light in sleep mode was too sensitive. It would light up even when I pounded on the quilt, and then it would flicker. 😂

This trip was to see a concert, and the hotel was located near the venue, about a ten-minute walk away, which was super convenient. The hotel also had themed decorations and small gifts, which created a wonderful atmosphere. The staff were warm and courteous, especially Xiao Fan, who was friendly and sweet. The room was neat and clean, and the breakfast was hearty, especially the spinach noodles, which were delicious. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel environment is great, and the service is also very good. In particular, the hotel front desk manager was warm and thoughtful, helping us coordinate a room so that we could watch Zhou Shen's concert smoothly. It was amazing! I will choose this hotel again next time!

Xiao Fan's service was attentive and caring before and after check-in. During the stay, drinks and fruits were always available in the lobby. It was good.

The room was very clean, the facilities were new, and the service was excellent. Even before I entered, the staff came out to help me with my suitcase. The hotel also gave me a gift for attending a concert, and there's a check-in area on the first floor. The breakfast was also very good. Also, I accidentally left my U-shaped pillow on the sidewalk next to the hotel. After I checked out, the hotel manager, Ms. Zhou Yanping, checked the security cameras for me, found it, and mailed it back to me free of charge. I'll definitely stay here again for my next concert!
