Holiday Inn Express Xi'an Caotang Technology Park (BYD Second Factory)

We stayed in a standard room at first, and there was water stain on the sofa. We contacted the front desk and upgraded us to a view room. The problem was solved quickly. Everything else was good, including hygiene and service. There were many types of breakfast, but the replenishment was a bit slow. The shower water was hot very quickly.

This hotel really gave me an experience beyond my expectations! The room is spacious and bright, and you can see the mountain view of Guifeng Mountain when you open the window! The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless, even the corners are dust-free. People with obsessive-compulsive disorder say it is extremely comfortable! The front desk is warm and thoughtful, responds quickly to any needs, and actively recommends nearby scenic spots and routes. The experience is perfect! The breakfast is rich and delicious, with freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruits, and hot baked snacks. 昨天帶患有海默的老媽入住酒店，得到前台小申的熱情接待，讓人感到賓至如歸。碰到事情找她諮詢，也不厭其煩。長者把床單弄上污漬，因為住店沒扣按金，找小申商量是否繳費？她説不忙，向上彙報以後，由管理人員查看情況。因無滲到床墊，正常交房卡退房即可。小申遇到問題不推諉，也不越權，積極解決，這種態度值得讚賞。管理人員反應迅速，態度親和，工作效率很高，值得點贊。酒店的硬件條件非常好。走廊寬敞乾淨，房間明亮、整潔、舒暢。咖啡機放在大堂，有多種人們常選的咖啡類型，隨時可以自製。有檸檬水和花茶，隨住店客人根據需要取用。待客之道，於無聲處顯出了大氣。酒店有地面停車場和地下車庫，對於寒冬和酷暑時很重要。雖衹住了一晚，體驗很好。

這個是個全新的酒店，很乾浄舒適。特別寧靜。窗外就看到大山，安逸得很。特別要點讚的是他們的員工，小楊和一個夜班的男前台。他們都非常幫忙，年輕有活力。陽光滿滿的接待。非常感謝的🥰

到達酒店補了差價後住進了山景房，很建議大家預訂這個房型，窗外就是秦嶺，早上一睜眼就能看見綿延的山脈真的幸福感拉滿～聽説酒店五月才開業，所以一切設施都還很新。前台戴眼鏡的小哥哥和奧妙小姐姐也非常熱情，服務態度超棒！走的時候還給我們送了水果，可以説是非常舒適的一次體驗了。

設施：早餐廳很多餐具破損，建議更換，用着太危險了 服務：前台有個穿西裝的女經理人很好，高跟鞋穿的比較高，目測是前廳經理吧；經理很好，員工溝通有點生硬，可以好好培訓下 整體還是很滿意的
