Facilities: The projection is very flexible and the sound quality is good. The air conditioning is also very sensitive and the temperature drops very quickly. I took my kids to Xi'an for a weekend trip. I saw on WeChat that this hotel had been newly renovated. It looked good, so I navigated there. I turned around for a few times but couldn't find it. Finally, I called the front desk (who was friendly and nice) and found it. There was a small sign on the door, no wonder I couldn't find it. The environment and sanitation in the store were very good, and it was quiet at night. The soundproofing in the room was also OK. There were some details, such as the floor drain in the bathroom, which had not been cleaned for a long time, and the water was not flowing smoothly. When the children took a bath, the water overflowed from the outside. Also, I saw on WeChat that it was 239 yuan. I was going to book it in the store, but when I arrived at the store, the front desk took a QR code and asked me to scan it and place the order directly. I didn't check the payment record at the time. I just saw the review message and found that I paid 293 yuan. It cost me dozens of yuan more.

**整體印象：瑕不掩瑜，值得推薦** 這次住宿體驗總體來説非常滿意，除了一個小小的遺憾：攜程上説上午10點可以入住，但是我們等到下午3點才住進去，這是服務流程上可以改進的地方。 **但除此之外，酒店的方方面面都給我留下了極佳的印象：** * **房間設施：** 預訂的房型寬敞明亮，設計現代舒適，床品柔軟親膚，隔音效果很好，保證了優質的睡眠。衞浴設施乾淨先進，乾濕分離做得很好。 * **衞生狀況：** 整個酒店包括房間、走廊、公共區域都維護得一塵不染，清潔度無可挑剔。 * **位置與環境：** 酒店位置便利，周邊交通或設施齊全。酒店內部環境也安靜雅緻。 **總結：** 雖然入住環節略有瑕疵，但酒店在硬件設施、環境衞生、餐飲品質以及（除該環節外的）服務態度上都表現出色。這些小問題並不影響我對酒店整體的高度評價，下次出行仍會優先考慮這裏，也推薦給其他注重舒適度和體驗感的旅客。

前台的兩個小姐姐人很温柔，環境也挺好的就是洗臉池堵了水流的很慢，本來要跟前台説的因為趕時間去景點就沒説，晚上老公自己修了一下疏通了，主要就是洗臉池都是水漬打掃的不太乾淨其他地方還好可以接受，被子真的很厚很重蓋着不舒服，隔音效果不太好，半夜隔壁小情侶很吵一清二楚的，大人無所謂帶着孩子不太好，早上樓道也比較吵一點隔音效果沒有，臨走前台小姐姐還給孩子送了冰箱貼很貼心

強烈安利給來西安玩的姐妹！酒店離地鐵站近到離譜，每天出去玩完回酒店特別方便，出地鐵上兩分鐘就能躺下了誰能懂？住了好幾天，早餐每天不重樣，早餐是比較營養豐富的那種，是自助餐，可以隨心搭配。地鐵兩站就能去大唐不夜城拍夜景、一站到萬象城逛吃、20min抵達小寨購物都很方便。最戳我的是細節服務，床頭的呼叫按鈕太人性化了，有需求不用手機打電話，輕輕一按就有工作人員24h響應，住得又安心又舒心！
