Service staff were all very friendly, they never fail to greet us 你好 every time we pass by them.
Breakfast spread is reasonably good, especially 豆花 with lots of condiments to choose. There are self-service washing machines at level 3 and 8, a gym at level 3 with new-looking equipments.
So thankful to the front desk staff that upgraded my rooms, the rooms and toilets were spacious and clean. Xiaodu is a bonus, though it only understands mandarin.
Very good location, if walking from 钟楼 (bell tower) look for exit 4 and walk straight. Nearby there are lots of eateries , 爰骅裤带面馆, 三姐妹餐廳, 霸王茶姬, etc.

Nice hotel in the middle of the centre between the city wall and the bell tower. Perfect location. Clean spacious and good service. We were welcomed with tea. Only the breakfast is not for us European.

I would come back to this hotel if I were to visit Xi An again .
Location: Located between Yong Ning gate and Gu Lou , minutes walk to the tourist sights (Gu Lou, zhong lou, Muslim quarter , city wall) and 2 metro station . Many restaurants , souvenirs nearby, Luckin coffee, Chagee , Cha Hua Nong tea house etc .
Staff: all the staff were very friendly, helpful and always greeted the guests whenever we walked passed the front desk .
Cleanliness: this is so important to ensure guests have a comfortable good rest. The team did an excellent job keeping the room & bathroom so clean.
Extra point: the hotel provided free airport pick up .

Great location just few minutes from metro station. Clean and nice hotel room , the room cleaner sister did her pretty good job. The best part is the front desk 小姐姐们 all of them are kindness, helpful and passionate especially the pretty girl 王思思

Enjoyed our stay at Tongpai hotel! Super clean, very nice rooms and receptions, good laundry service. The location is excellent for first time visitors! Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the panorama smart room. Hotel is good for what it is, four star type modern hotel. The location is absolutely perfect to get anywhere. We asked for quiet room so had one on the side street rather than facing main road which was fine. Hotel was very clean and new, bed was comfortable, shower was good, room was good size. The hotel includes airport pickup but it was confirmed they can’t pick up non English speakers but they gave a free breakfast instead. Hotel staff communicated through app for English. Washing machines and dryers provided were very convenient. Overall it was a good hotel for the price - not wow factor but comfortable and convenient and had everything one needs.

The position is perfect due to the metro and all the principal attraction near the hotel.
The room was clean and confortable, totally soundproof.
Two special mention for the variety of food during the breakfast and for the availability of the receptionists, always ready to help us with the metro and the bus to visit the city

This hotel was considered to be brand new at a very convenient location between the bell tower and city wall. It was at about 15-minute walking distance from the bell tower subway station.
The rooms were clean, roomy, and pretty quiet near busy street traffic and tourist-dense area in mid-summer. The services were friendly and responsive. We also like what their tasty and buffet-styled breakfast.
Highly recommended for couples or small families who enjoy their short stay in the heart of Xian.
