Tongpai Hotel Xi'An Bell Tower Yongning Gate

The hotel is newly renovated and has a good location. It's within walking distance of the Bell Tower, Muslim Street, and the city wall. The subway station is right next to it, and the service is good. The only drawback is that parking is available, but you have to pay for it. The hotel paid part of the parking fee, and I paid part myself. Overall, it's good!

The hotel is perfectly located between the city wall and the Bell Tower, within walking distance of both. There are also many convenient dining options downstairs, and transportation is readily available, with direct access to Xi'an North Station via Line 2. The room was clean and tidy, and the laundry and drying process was very convenient. When I checked out, I was pleasantly surprised. I had only just walked a few steps when the front desk staff called me back. Just as I was stunned, I received a gift from each room: a Terracotta Warrior bookmark and a small shadow puppet theater table. What a thoughtful gesture! I've been to Xi'an many times, and this hotel is my favorite. I plan to stay here again next time.

📍Super convenient location, stress-free travel The hotel is in the heart of the business district, making taxis and subways super easy to get around! We were exploring the surrounding area this time, and it was a 10-minute walk to the attractions and a 5-minute walk to the subway. After a night of shopping, we didn't even need a taxi to get back to the hotel—perfect for lazy people! There are also convenience stores and snack bars nearby, so if you get hungry in the middle of the night, you can just go downstairs and get some fried noodles. It was such a delight! 🏨Quiet environment, perfect for taking photos! I was worried about the noise in a hotel in the city center, but the soundproofing was amazing! The room was decorated in a light wood and creamy style, and the sunlight filtering through the gauze curtains was so gentle. There were also night lights and green plants by the bed, which really set the mood. The public areas were also well-appointed: the lobby had aromatherapy and a piano, the lounge area was filled with magazines and small cakes, and even the elevator was filled with the faint scent of white tea. Every stop was a perfect photo opportunity (I personally got asked about the hotel's name on my WeChat Moments!). 💁I'm ecstatic about the service and attention to detail; it felt like home. From the moment I checked in, I was enveloped in warmth: the cleaning lady always left handwritten notes saying "Slippers disinfected" and "Air conditioning set to 26°C." 🛏️The amenities were complete and comfortable, making me reluctant to check out. The room was completely beyond my budget: the mattress was a spring mattress with just the right firmness (I'm used to firm hotel beds, so I slept there for three nights without changing!), and there were pillows to choose from, high and low. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the shower was incredibly comfortable, and even the hair dryer was a Dyson. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the refrigerator contained complimentary mineral water and local beverages. The attention to detail was spot on. Summary: A great value hotel worth checking out numerous times! We stayed for three nights, and everything from the service to the amenities was spotless. The price per person was just over 100 (incredible value!). Perfect for couples, families, or business trips. The hotel opened this year and has a great location, convenient to the bell tower and city walls. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient and affordable. Everything was good, but there were no toiletries and slippers, and after applying shower gel, my hands slipped and I couldn't turn the rotary switch in the shower. Everything else was good, and I was generally satisfied.
