We love this hotel! The location is great, once we stepped out from the hotel we could reach a few popular attractions. It was a pleasant stay with all the amenities they provided. In the room there were beverages in the fridge for us and small snacks on the table, all free of charge. We could have noodle as supper, it was tasty we like it! At the lobby area they have unlimited of ice cream and sour plum drink for all guests. I booked a one~day tour via them, it was hassle free and no hard sell by the agent. I will definitely re-book this hotel if we visit Xi’an again!

Room is spacious for family with children. There are video games and big projector screen for entertainment. The staff even gave us dumplings and beef noodles during Dragon Boat Festival. Very thoughtful and kind gesture.

This was a lovely hotel, on the edge of the Muslim Quarter and walking distance from the metro. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful.

Steps away from the Muslim Quarter. Very convenient. Room is exactly like in the pictures. Great service from the staff. Free laundry services. They even offered to finish our laundry so we didnt have to wait on our laundry and go about our day! When we came back at night, our laundry is already neatly folded in a laundry bag. Ready for us to pick up. What a great service!

The hotel is an oasis of peace in the middle of the lovely chaos of XiAn. The rooms are by far the best from the ones we stayed at:
- Super comfortable mattress
- Giant TV Screen
- Custom Lighting
- Plenty of complimentary goodies: fizzy drinks, ice creams, juice, tea, coffee ...
The front desk guys are just amazing. Even though we don't speak Chinese they patiently helped us with all the questions and even saved us from missing our flight as our shuttle didn't show up on time.

The room was very nice. The projector was great. With membership, you can watch anything you want. The air conditioning was very cold. There was also a washing machine and dryer, so you didn't have to worry about running out of clothes. There were free ice cream and ice cream outside. It's also very close to attractions and restaurants. The owner was very nice. You can choose between airport pick-up and drop-off for free. There's even a kitten in the lobby.
