Exceptional hotel. Superb staff, always friendly and helpful. Had an issue, staff solved it promptly and graciously. Comfortable room with excellent & tasteful furnishings. One minor complaint is the lack of a shower door, which allowed water to splash out. Delicious breakfast with many varieties. Located in a leafy residential neighborhood, with many eateries nearby, plus a large mall ten minutes walk away. Hotel offers free pickup & drop off from airport and rail station (Xi’an Bei). Beautiful hotel! Very modern looking with spacious rooms. The staffs are impeccable, I had a problem with my travel plains. They were able to help me resolve the problem. Breakfast was delicious.

Room is clean, nice and spacious. Only set-back is the lack of amenities and limited breakfast choices. Overall, it is a good choice for recommendation.

這次入住體驗太棒了！從踏入酒店的瞬間，熱情的前台就微笑着幫忙辦理入住，還貼心升級了房型。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，智能設備一應俱全，細節處的香薰和綠植更是氛圍感拉滿。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，味道超讚！周邊交通便利，出行方便。強烈推薦，下次還會選擇這裏！

我是看了全五分的好評定的酒店，入住很晚，進到房間就被小小的空間驚了一下，黑色床頭包邊的裝飾上有明顯的灰塵，也罷，畢竟價格不到三百，我坐在床上發呆，一衹蜘蛛爬過，被我滅口後同時注意到有一根黑色短髮在床上，頓時生氣，但又無力生氣，畢竟已經深夜23點，我一個人真的不方便再換酒店了，給前台打了電話，處理倒是快的，説給我換一間，帶我進入的時候看了一眼床鋪也有灰塵，理由是入住之了當日西安大風天，好吧又換了一間，我簡單收拾了下潦草住下，第二三日的房間退訂了
