Echarm Hotel (Xi'an Dayan Pagoda, the Grand Tang Mall)

Overall, it was okay. The air conditioning and hot water in the shower were fine, but the service was just average. If no one else had any issues, it would be fine. We stayed for five days and four nights. The bathroom was constantly leaking and backflowing, making the entire bathroom floor wet. The hotel front desk reported it to us on our first night, and they said they would contact the engineering department the next day. When we returned on our second night, they still hadn't addressed it. They promised to move us if it wasn't addressed on our third night. However, on our third night, they didn't address it either, simply asking the engineering department to bring two large towels. We reported it to the engineering guy, who said the front desk hadn't told him about it. He immediately checked with us. The backflow problem had improved slightly, but the leaking was still there. We had no choice but to contact trip.com customer service. The hotel immediately called us and explained the situation, but the problem remained unresolved. No solution was offered, and since it was our last night, we decided to let it go.

Too bad, parking is also very inconvenient, not worth more than 900, the front door is very small, it is not an independent hotel, and it is very difficult to find

I came to Xi'an for a spontaneous trip. I didn't stay near the Bell and Drum Towers recommended on the Internet, so I chose this place which is more convenient to the Tang Dynasty City that never sleeps subway. This is a newly opened hotel with excellent decoration, hygiene and service. The most special thing is that the CD with the clearance document is very interesting and can fill up an entire chapter. The breakfast is small but exquisite, and it is quite tasty, but for those of us who come to Xi'an to eat and travel, it would be better if the breakfast had some Xi'an characteristics.
