Skanhem Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower subway station

We checked in on Women's Day and were given flowers. The atmosphere was very caring and I was upgraded to a business room for free. Kaiyuan Shopping Mall is right outside the window. There is smart voice service throughout the room, a smart toilet, and it's clean and hygienic. Most importantly, the price is really cheap for a hotel in Gulou. The hotel is on the left after you exit the subway, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that it faces the street, the street next to the bell tower. It's a bit noisy with heavy traffic all night, but I slept well with earplugs and it was okay.

We were checked in by Xiaolong at the front desk. The room was comfortable and we were very satisfied. Unfortunately the heating broke that night, so I informed Gege and Xiao Wang at the front desk the next day, and they quickly dealt with it and asked someone to check it out. Later they decided to change our room, so we packed our bags to go out for the trip, and the front desk arranged to move our bags to the new room. There was a little episode after we came back, but I won’t go into details. In short, Xiaolong helped us deal with it quickly. We slept very comfortably for the next two nights. On the last day, the two front desk staff, Xiao Su and Xiao Zhang, checked us out and arranged temporary storage for our luggage. The location of this hotel is very good, convenient for subway or taxi. There are many restaurants nearby and it is also close to Muslim Street. The room is spacious enough, and the bathroom with separate wet and dry areas is good, but the toilet cubicle has a glass door which is a bit awkward. We thought the breakfast was very good, the food was varied and the hot dishes changed every day. The overall cost performance is very high. I was the only one who used the public toilet next to the dining room, and both cubicles were squat toilets. It is 𣎴 friendly to foreign and Hong Kong and Macau tourists who are used to using toilets (this has always been a problem for me when traveling in China) The waiters at the front desk, Xiaolong, Gege, Xiaowang, Xiaosu and Xiaozhang are all very friendly and well-mannered. Among them, I personally particularly admire Xiaolong. He is not only polite and sincere, but most importantly, he has strong problem-solving skills and tries his best to serve the guests. Secondly, I was also deeply impressed by Gege because she had a sweet smile, big eyes, and helped me deliver things to the room. (The name of Gege was given to me by another waiter, I hope I am not mistaken.) I wish the front desk staff good luck in their work and hope they will be promoted step by step.
