It's a very nice place, but it's an apartment with no signs (it was difficult to find it). Go to the A entrance of the building (on your left hand), write your name in the security book and go up to the 4th floor to the reception. Anyway, it has a convenient place to travel from the North station and airport. Also the subway is very close to this place. Be ready that several rooms have a window between the bedroom and the bathroom (with no cartoons). Anyway the staff was very helpful, we used WeChat to communicate, they even managed to find the EU-adapter in the night. Thank you very much!

It's a very nice hotel. The room is very spacious, comparable to the average four-star hotel. The front desk service is very attentive. There is heating and hot water. There are many local snacks in Xi'an downstairs. The room is large and has a good view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The service attitude at the hotel front desk is super good. The hotel is a B&B converted from a commercial building.
The room we were initially assigned was on the 4th floor. I asked to change rooms and was moved to the 3rd floor.
But the layout and facilities of the changed room are not very good:
1. The air conditioner is not warm and no hot air comes out.
2. The window that was opened before cannot be closed, and the winter wind blows in and is very cold.
3. There are two large beds, and a sink is installed on the left side of one of the beds, and it is next to the bed. I don’t understand it very well.
4. The room decoration is very rough
5. The bathroom floor tiles are prone to slipping if you wear the disposable slippers provided by the hotel, so be especially careful.
6. If the air conditioner does not have heating in winter, the quilt provided is a bit thin. We slept with two quilts stacked on top of each other.
7. The bed hygiene needs to be improved, and it needs to be changed regularly if no one is staying there.
