Golden Sha International Hotel Reviews

I recently stayed at the Golden Sha International Hotel, and my experience was mixed. The location is decent, being about 2 km from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, but the amenities were lacking. The room was quite dusty, which affected the overall cleanliness. While the service was good, it fell short of being excellent. Some toiletries and miscellaneous items were available in the room, but it was disappointing to find out that I had to purchase them separately. Overall, the hotel could use some improvements, especially in cleanliness and amenities.

The location advantage is obvious. It is a very good choice for accommodation when visiting Shaanxi History Museum. It is close and convenient, the food and accommodation are pleasant, and the supporting facilities are relatively suitable. It is worth choosing!

The location is very good, and it is convenient to travel. SEG is a few steps away. There are good restaurants and drinks around. Although the room is cleaned every day, there is dust on the bedside table, phone, and bedside.

Facilities: The house is spacious and clean with no odor. The breakfast is delicious. Everything is good. I will stay here again next time.

The feeling is really bad. It is the worst place in the whole journey. Bad review. First of all, the check-in is very slow. I was the fifth one in line. I waited for an hour. It took 20 minutes to check in each guest. My waist and legs were sore from standing. It was longer than the queue time at any scenic spot in Xi'an in recent days. And all the service staff had cold faces. Secondly, the waiting time for the elevator was long. The room was not soundproof at night. The elevator was loud. Half of the hole of the bathroom umbrella was blocked, the water flow was small, and the hotel facilities were old. There were paid toiletries on the left side of the sink, and there was no detailed price tag, which caused the child to accidentally open it, adding extra fees. I wanted to complain, but the waiter had an indifferent attitude and told me that you have the right to complain. His words were particularly choking.

The location is in Xiaozhai business district, which is very convenient for eating and traveling. The room is large and a bit old, but the hygiene is good. It is also very quiet at night, the service is good, and the check-in is fast.

The hotel is next to Xiaozhai subway station, and the transportation is very convenient. Although it is in the downtown area, the room is very warm and quiet. The tired body got a good rest.
