- Great location: Walking distance to a number of key attractions and metro station
- Unique theme and interior, lovely lobby!
- Received a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room (Delightful ＞ Elegant)!
- Helpful guide-cards at the lift lobby to attractions, food places and train stations (Metro + HST)
- Mini in-room guide near the bedside with information on the hotel and attractions, food places to check out
- Received a complimentary Thank-You gift package upon checkout consisting of a steam eye mask, some snacks, a bottle of water and a face mask!
- Pro-active approach to feedback and swift customer recovery (I informed them about a guest smoking near the lift lobby, causing the entire corridor to smell of cigarettes, and received a note of apology and a voucher via WeChat to be used for my the next booking in a matter of hours!)
