The room is clean, the service is attentive and friendly, and the food is good.

The privacy is poor: the bathroom window has no curtains, and the hotel across the street can be seen clearly. The facilities are not perfect: there are only a few tissues, which is not enough. There are only two 330ml bottles of mineral water in the room. I asked the aunt at the front desk for them, but she said they would be charged (I booked this B&B because of the reviews saying that the aunt was very nice, so it seems that the reviews are all self-made). The next day, I asked the front desk for two bottles of mineral water, and the front desk said that they would be charged anyway, so forget it, they would give it to me. It's ridiculous, in a budget hotel over 100 yuan, people have to drink the mineral water freely. Business relies on word of mouth and good customer experience. In short, this B&B is the worst B&B experience I have ever stayed in.
