We selected this hotel solely due to its proximity to the high-speed rail train station. However, the hotel appears older than depicted in the photo, the pillows are too flat for my preference, and the bed is somewhat hard. Moreover, what we found most displeasing was the strong cigarette smell. Following our experiences with three different hotels in Xi'an, the notion of a cigarette smoke-free environment proved to be untrue.

Hotel and service is good. Housekeeping helped us with our laundry and even hanged up our clothing. Service at the Breakfast area is good too.
However it is quite far from the nearest Mrt station.

Located close to Xian North Railway Station and walking distance to metro line 2. Consistent service to Atour brand, efficient and attentive. Good breakfast and clean rooms. They delivered on their promise as always.

The room was nice and clean. It was on the fifth floor and very quiet. The front desk lady and brother were very nice. There was also a food delivery robot experience, which was very novel. I recommend staying here.

The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful, and they solve problems promptly. If you go to the high-speed rail station, the hotel will arrange a car to take you there. The laundry room can wash and dry clothes.
