We selected this hotel solely due to its proximity to the high-speed rail train station. However, the hotel appears older than depicted in the photo, the pillows are too flat for my preference, and the bed is somewhat hard. Moreover, what we found most displeasing was the strong cigarette smell. Following our experiences with three different hotels in Xi'an, the notion of a cigarette smoke-free environment proved to be untrue.

Good location, convenient to transport, restaurant and services. Convenient access to the North Xi'an train station either via taxi or metro (15 minutes walk to the station). Clean facilities, firendly staff, OK breakfast offering.

Hotel and service is good. Housekeeping helped us with our laundry and even hanged up our clothing. Service at the Breakfast area is good too.
However it is quite far from the nearest Mrt station.

我是在攜程上定的房間，打他們的電話，就是讓撥分機號碼，我們怎麼知道分機號碼，我們怎麼知道你的分機號碼是啥，這不純粹讓消費者摸不着頭腦；酒店定完，説好第二天七座商務送站，結果早晨給打了個爛車滴滴快車，這不是忽悠人嗎？我們如果需要打車，我們也打個專車走，需要你們這樣忽悠人嗎？
