新春一碗麪:春節住了那麼多天並沒有享受到任何服務，總體很糟糕！
設施：一般，到地下車庫衹能走B1，我們充電再B2然後酒店和車庫連接的電梯門壞的，就是必須走B1，那一點點路我體諒你們吧……你們真不把顧客當一回事兒！每天房間打掃速度極慢，還不乾淨，連茶杯都不清洗，連續入住第二天連牙刷都忘記放，我們外出玩好回來最離譜的就是晚上洗澡沒有熱水，反饋了2天都是沒有處理結果的！最終我在你們酒店凍的感冒了！真心差勁！
環境：其實附近交通不方便！到地鐵站走的距離有點遠！酒店旁邊沒有車！衹有自駕！但是景點停車又非常困難！
地鐵站和酒店五公里內都可以免費接送:我在前台問了，服務人員沒有告知有這服務，讓我們自己打車！我真的衹能呵呵！總體就是糟糕透頂！

酒店公共區域面積比較小，離地鐵站挺遠的，走路要八九百米了。我選擇這家主要是新裝修的，各類設施都很新，不然出行不方便打車也費錢，個人建議選擇鐘樓那邊的酒店出行方便節約時間。

酒店是新開業的，環境不錯，挺寬敞的，有免費的地下停車場，早餐豐富有營養，房間內乾淨整潔，三樓還含有自助的洗衣房和健身房，前台小康服務態度好，下午茶和深夜一碗麪也不錯，是一次不錯的入住體驗

地鐵站和酒店五公里內都可以免費接送:五公里有免費接送服務，房間也是乾淨整潔，不錯這次還免費升級了，前廳小耳朵和小潘也是非常棒的，下次繼續來

酒店非常棒，每個人都很熱情有禮貌，一看就是經過專業培訓，房間的裝修風格我很喜歡，素雅，給人一種非常安靜的感覺，前一天住的時候因為房間冰箱出現小插曲，經理張瓊特意聯繫處理，非常棒。事事有迴應。總之一切都非常棒 ，讓我此次西安之行因為這個酒店很開心。
