Xiyue Hotel (Hansenzhai Subway Station Branch)

i arrived late at the hotel and there was only a courtyard view room left. i requested for a city view room which was the room i booked online. the front desk helped me arrange when the guest in that room checked out. the city view room is fabulous. the view is great and relaxing. the housekeeping staff is friendly and efficient. she helped me to spray deodorant in the toilet everyday to get rid of the smell. many thanks to the staff of the hotel to make my stay in xi an a happy one. the hotel is well located next to the metro and it is well connected by the public bus. you can get to the popular attractions in an hour. there are many eateries and supermarket around the hotel, so it is very convenient.

We loved our stay here! The room was bright and spacious, and the staff were very helpful. There’s a shared washing machine available for everyone to use. The price is unbeatable for the quality of the room. The reception is located on the 11th floor of the apartment building. It’s about a 20 minute ride to the city centre, so the area is quiet and feels very local. So many places to eat around the area. We’d definitely stay here again when visiting Xi’an!

Loveeee this place! Giving airbnb vibe but hotel version. At first no clear instructions on how to check in. After book, scan their WeChat QR Code (as attached), they are responsive giving instructions where to go and that. A deposit of 100 yuan required, if you're foreigner, better to give in cash because we cant withdraw money from Alipay/WeChat-unless you still want to stay in China for many days. Down the building, there are Cotti Coffee, convenience store, good malatang restaurant, halal restaurants, and so close to Hansenzai Metro.

The room is nice and functional. Beate: the hotel Is conceived only for chinese people, which Is fine considered that 99% of the guest are chinese, BUT the staff people at the reception are absolutely useless: not only they don't speaks english, they don't even try to be friendly, understanding or at least use a translator. Absolutely ill-mannered and useless. The confirmation email received from trip.com doesn't tell at which floor you can find the reception but on the chinese app you can find all the info. They want your Money but don't want you.

Even hard to find check in counter but when I found it the receptionist is good and kind, room is clean but quite smelly
